O hotel está situado numa localização privilegiada e tranquila junto ao Mar Mediterrâneo, em frente à praia e a 300 m do centro de Can Picafort. É o lugar ideal para passar férias em qualquer época do ano. A cidade de Palma de Mallorca e o seu aeroporto ficam a 60 km. Os 44 apartamentos e os 3 estúdios estão distribuídos por 3 pisos. Cada um tem televisão, ar condicionado, comodidades para fazer café, casa de banho com secador de cabelo, cozinha equipada, sala de estar e terraço. O terraço do hotel tem uma piscina coberta e aquecida no inverno e exposta ao sol no verão. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
