El Capricho Apartments is located on the beach front of Maspalomas, golden sand beach and dunes. The direct access to the beach is 10 m away and the famous Maspalomas Lighthouse is 200 m away. A few steps away there are numerous bars and restaurants to taste Canarian and international cuisine, as well as a variety of clothing and accessories stores. The bus station is 350 m away. There are several golf courses within 5 km. The nearest town is San Fernando, located about 6 km from the Maspalomas Lighthouse. This complex has direct access to the beach and consists of 2 floors with a total of 7 apartments and 1 suite. It has reception (check hours), Wi-Fi Internet connection and laundry service (extra charge). Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
