Este excelente estabelecimento possui uma localização ideal a poucos passos da bela praia de Los Cancajos e a uma curta distância do centro da cidade. Esta é uma opção de alojamento recomendável para quem viaja a negócios, pois a propriedade fica nas imediações de um bairro comercial e empresarial com várias ligações de transportes públicos, como paragens de autocarro, e o aeroporto fica a cerca de 3 quilómetros de distância. Os apartamentos são distribuídos em dois edifícios principais que têm um estilo tradicional canário. Cada apartamento espaçoso é decorado com cores vibrantes e desfruta de muita luz natural. Incluem todas as comodidades necessárias, uma casa de banho completa e uma varanda ou terraço privado, onde os visitantes podem relaxar lendo um livro ou apreciando a vista panorâmica. Os visitantes têm a possibilidade de desfrutar de uma massagem tailandesa ou de um mergulho refrescante numa das duas piscinas exteriores.

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
