Nestled in a quiet residential area of Lloret de Mar, this apartment complex is just one kilometer from the city center and a short walk from shops, boutiques, cafés, bars, restaurants, and nightclubs. A complimentary shuttle service runs to Lloret de Mar's main beach from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. The beach is approximately 1 km away, and public transport is easily accessible on foot. For winter sports enthusiasts, the nearest ski slopes are about 70 km from the complex.

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
