The apartments are located in a quiet area, only 50 m from the Cala de Finestrat beach. The centre of Benidorm is roughly 3 km away, while restaurants and bars can be found within about 50 m. Links to the public transport network are only around 100 m from the accommodation. This apartment complex consists of a fairly new 20-storey building located on a small hill. There are 80 units available. The modern 2-bedroom apartments each come with a fully equipped bathroom (with shower and bath), 2 bedrooms with 4 single beds, an independent kitchen (with fridge, cooker and tea and coffee making facilities), a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people and a balcony with sea views. - The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
