This apartment complex is located in one of the most beautiful areas in the north-west of Menorca, only a five-minute drive from the beach and shopping amenities, and approximately 700 m from the tourist centre with its bars and restaurants in addition to a park. Ciutadella is about 10 km away, and it is a good 50 km to Mahón airport. The complex comprises a total of 50 modern apartments set in incomparable surroundings. Facilities in the air-conditioned building include a lobby area with a reception desk manned around the clock, a hotel safe, a currency exchange facility, and lift access. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
