Description

We inform that between the 01st and the 13th of April, the family pool will be interdicted for maintenence work. During this period, the adults pool will be heated and can be used by children. Upon check-in, a pre-authorization of a security deposit in the amount of €250. 00 is made, as a guarantee against possible damages to the property, which will be released up to 24 hours after check-out. This pleasant apart hotel is conveniently situated in the charming village of Luz, close to the historical town of Lagos on the Algarve. The lovely beach of Praia da Luz and the village centre with a wide selection of restaurants and bars are within walking distance, several excellent golf courses are within easy reach. The international airport of Faro can be reached within 50 minutes by car. 'Please be informed that the indoor facilities (sauna / jacuzzi / SPA), will be out of service until further notice, as a precautionary measure due to the COVID-19. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
