Description

This hotel is situated in the small town of Porto Moniz, close to the Laurisilva nature reserve. It's only a street from a stony beach. Access to the public transport network, numerous shopping and dining venues and, are all in the immediate vicinity. The resort offers a stylish lobby and a lift. Additional facilities include a restaurant and a bar. The elegantly furnished rooms each come with en-suite bathroom and some with balcony or terrace. Direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV and Wi-Fi Internet access come as standard. In the hotel grounds, guests will find a sun terrace, a snack bar and an indoor swimming pool.

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
