Estos apartamentos se encuentra en Benidorm, a pocos minutos a pie de la playa de Levante y a pocos pasos de una parada de transporte público. Los aptos. forman parte de un complejo que ha sido recientemente reformado y que cuenta con un total de 72 apartamentos repartidos en 18 plantas. Estos disponen de sala de estar/dormitorio y de dormitorio independiente.También disponen de un cuarto de baño , y una cocina totalmente equipada. La recogida de llaves en: Fincas Benidorm (Av. de Madrid,23) HORARIO DE OFICINA: L-V 10h-14h y 16h-19h/Sábados10h-13h y 16h-19h. La fianza se dejará obligatoriamente con tarjeta bancaria. El importe será entre 150€-250€. NO SE ACEPTARÁ DEJAR LA FIANZA EN EFECTIVO. El cambio de ropa se hará, para reservas con estancias superiores a 11 dias. No mascotas. No se admiten grupos, ni jovenes.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
