Das Hotel liegt direkt am Sandstrand, am Ortsrand von Roquetas de Mar. Das Touristenzentrum mit verschiedenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Restaurants und Bars befinden sich nur wenige Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt (etwa 500 m). Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel erreicht man ebenfalls nach ca. 500 m.Das 1974 erbaute und 2001 renovierte Hotel verfügt auf 5 Etagen über insgesamt 495 Zimmer, davon 50 Einzel- und 445 Doppelzimmer. - The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
