Each unit comes with a balcony, a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, a seating area with a sofa, a flat-screen TV, a washing machine, and a private bathroom with shower and a hair dryer. A fridge and oven are also provided, as well as a kettle and a coffee machine. From July 1st to October 31st, a municipal tourist tax of 1.50 € per person, per night will be charged. The tourist tax is applicable to all guests aged 13 years old and over, regardless of nationality or residence, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. This amount is not included in the total price of the reservation and must be paid at check-in

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
