Fenicius Charme hotel has a reception, a bar, a breakfast dining room, 40 rooms, doubles and twins, 12 parking lots, and an esplanade. The hotel has a total of eight floors, six above ground and 2 below ground. On our walls, we have a set of different images of Lisbon and its great personalities, from the arts, culture, and sports, like Fernando Pessoa, José Saramago, Amalia Rodrigues, and Eusebio. We have 3 room categories, twin, double, and King size, which are equipped with air conditioning, telephone, TV, Wi-Fi internet, safe, private bathroom, amenities, and hair drier. We are also prepared to receive any guests with disabilities. The breakfast dining room is open every day from 07:30 until 10:00. The reception is open 24Hrs and check-in time starts at 15H.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
