This attractive apartment complex is located on a small hill above the main road in San Agustín. The dark sandy beach is just a few paces away (approximately 500 m) and there is a shopping centre also to be found close by. The Playa del Inglés is about 2 km from the complex and a regular public bus service runs to the beach throughout the day. There is a bus stop situated close to the complex. This complex has been renovated. It comprises a main building and several 2 storey bungalows with a total of 150 apartments. Various facilities are available to guests including a garden, a reception desk, a lounge, a small supermarket, and a cosy bar. Guests may also make use of the in-house laundry service. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
