Esta encantadora estalagem tradicional está localizada na vila de Alijó, junto ao rio Douro. O seu nome é uma homenagem a Joseph James Forrester, um empresário inglês que viveu em Portugal durante o século XIX e que em 1855 recebeu o título de Barão do Rei Fernando II devido à sua dedicação ao Estado e à sua contribuição para o Douro e para o Vinho do Porto. À altura do nome, o hotel histórico apresenta vinhas e fica perto de alguns dos mais famosos produtores de vinhos do Porto. Localizado no centro da vila, está inserido na Região Demarcada do Douro, tornando-o o lugar perfeito para umas férias relaxantes. No interior do Palacete, o Restaurante 'O Barão' oferece um menu variado, inspirado na cozinha tradicional portuguesa e na utilização de produtos locais. - 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
