This hotel is located directly beside a beautiful pebble beach in the leisure area of Caniço de Baixo. The centre is about 3 km away. The immediate vicinity offers a variety of shopping facilities, bars, restaurants and links to the public transport network. Guests may make use of the foyer, the safe or the currency exchange desk. Furthermore a games room, various shops, a hairdresser's salon and a TV room are offered. Dining options include a bar, a café and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant. The comfortable rooms are perfectly equipped and come with an en suite bathroom. There is an indoor swimming pool with sun loungers and a sauna available to the guests. - Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
