Port d'Alcúdia Beach is 15-minute walk from the hotel. The airport lies some 57 km away. The hotel offers 85 units over 6 floors, and are equipped with air-conditioning, kitchen and utensils, TV, a complete bathroom with hair dryer and a balcony. The resort has a concierge and activities department to help guests determine the itinerary for vacation. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
