Este complejo de apartamentos está situado a sólo 700 metros de la playa de Levante y a 1 km del centro de la ciudad y el casco antiguo. Hay una parada de transporte público a unos 100 m de distancia, junto a numerosas tiendas y lugares de entretenimiento. El casco antiguo, la iglesia de San Jaime y los maravillosos parques de Aigüera y Elche, también son dignos de visitar. Este complejo de apartamentos, de ambiente acogedor, se compone de 4 edificios de 24 plantas. Los apartamentos tienen 1 o 2 dormitorios con 2 camas individuales. Todos ellos cuentan con una terraza, algunas de ellas acristaladas. La propiedad cuenta con una piscina exterior para adultos, una para niños y una terraza para tomar el sol.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
