Este hotel de ciudad está ubicado sobre el Puerto de la Cruz, en San Antonio, por lo que puede ofrecer a sus huéspedes lo mejor de ambos mundos. A tan sólo 2 kilómetros del centro de la ciudad y de la playa, la propiedad proporciona a sus clientes fácil acceso al animado núcleo turístico de la ciudad, así como al relajante entorno de la playa. - The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
