This apartment complex is situated within 6, 000 m2 of gardens in Costa de Antigua, a short walk from Caleta de Fuste beach. It offers a large pool surrounded by sunny terraces, a gym, and several sports facilities. Puerto del Rosario, the island's capital, is 12 km away, and Fuerteventura International Airport is just 5 km away. The complex has 90 apartments and 53 duplexes, each with a balcony or terrace. All-inclusive units have a fridge and kettle, while room-only units offer a fridge and kettle but no kitchenette. A supermarket is located 300 meters away.

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
