The beach hotel is located in one of the best areas of Palma Nova on the rocky coast in front of the sea, near to Matias and Palma Nova beaches. The bus station is within a stone's throw and Palma de Mallorca Airport is situated at a distance of approximately 20 km. All rooms come with a balcony, en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub, a hairdryer, satellite TV, and air conditioning. There is an outdoor heated swimming pool and another one for children linked through a bridge. The hotel also features an indoor heated swimming pool in winter. - The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
