This apartment hotel is situated right on the small sandy bay of Cala'n Bosch, no more than 100 m across the dunes from the fine sandy beach. It is just 1 km away from Cala'n Bosch tourist centre which offers plenty of excellent restaurants, street cafés and shopping and entertainment venues. This residence is ideal for family holidays and romantic getaways. It comprises a total of 114 apartments and offers a number of facilities. The beautiful lobby is a nice place to relax and take advantage of the wireless Internet access, which is available in all public areas. The light accommodations come with a balcony or terrace, offering a stunning view, as well as a cosy living room with 2 sofa beds and satellite/ cable TV.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
