O complexo de apartamentos situa-se no centro de Puerto del Carmen. Encontra-se separado de uma praia apenas por uma rua marginal (cerca de 250 m). Num perímetro de cerca de 300 m encontrará inúmeros estabelecimentos comerciais, restaurantes e bares. Alcançará confortavelmente a pé uma ligação à rede de transportes públicos cerca de 400m. O hotel, renovado em 2004, dispõe de um total de 58 apartamentos. As comodidades incluem um hall de entrada com recepção, guichet para câmbio monetário, café, minimercado e um restaurante à la carte climatizado. O serviço de lavandaria poderá ser requisitado como serviço adicional. Os apartamentos contemplam casa de banho com secador de cabelo, kitchenete com frigorífico, cofre e sala de estar. O complexo oferece aos seus hóspedes um snack-bar, um terraço e espreguiçadeiras. Os hóspedes poderão praticar squash e bilhar. Será servido um pequeno-almoço pela manhã.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
