The eco-hotel was built in 1986 and consists of 3 floors with a total of 441 apartments; they are distributed over 2- to 3-storey buildings. Guests are offered a beautiful large garden and pool area, a stylish lobby with safes, a currency exchange desk and a 24-hour reception. Additional amenities include a café, a bar, a games room and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with highchairs for children. Hotel guests may also take advantage of the public Internet access, the hotel's laundry service and medical assistance. It additionally offers a bicycle hire service (for an additional fee), as well as a secure cellar for storing bicycles and there is a kids club and playground for younger guests. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
