La Aduana Hostel is located in the center of Ibiza near the marina and close to the ferry to Barcelona, Mallorca, Valencia and Formentera and in a lively area of restaurants and terraces in the center of Ibiza. At La Aduana Hostel our rooms are fully equipped, all rooms have private bathroom, refrigerator, television and air conditioning. Rooms at the Hostal are colourful and modern. A safe can be rented, on request. Children under 12 years old can stay for free, using existing beds. Los Caracoles has a 24-hour reception and a tour desk.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
