We are a family establishment of several generations in the business of hostels, where the priority is that the client is as comfortable as possible during his stay in Seville and take a nice memory of his passage through the city. In November 2018 we finished the remodeling of the hostel which makes us different from the rest of the area due to the type of decoration and design of the hostel, do not miss us . . . Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
