All rooms are air-conditioned and have wardrobes. On the ground floor you find a spacious and air-conditioned living room with sea views where you can enjoy relaxing moments watching satellite TV (German), surfing the internet (Wi-Fi) or simply admiring the view. The dining table has space for 6 people. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils like ceramic hob cooker, electric oven, fridge freezer, toaster, blender, coffee machine etc. In the backyard of the house there is a terrace with barbecue. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
