Description

The property is conveniently located 50 m from the beach and in Roses' central pedestrian zone among shops, bars and restaurants. The nearest bus station is around 150 m away, and it is about 18 km to the train station. Girona - Costa Brava Airport is around 50 km away and Barcelona Airport is approximately 150 km away. This air-conditioned hotel was built in 2010. Designed by renowned local artists, it has been turned into a cosy, contemporary Mediterranean hotel. At its core are three old fishermens' houses that have been transformed into a modern and comfortable environment. The design and location will make guests feel part of Roses and the Costa Brava. Guests are welcomed into a lobby with 24-hour reception, and facilities at the hotel include a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities and a cloakroom. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.
