Hotel do Colégio is a boutique hotel housed in a 19th-century manor house built during the golden age of the orange trade between Ponta Delgada and England. With a privileged location in the historic city center, Hotel do Colégio uniquely combines old-world charm with modern comforts. In 2017, the hotel underwent a complete renovation, enhancing its ambiance, image, and decor while maintaining its commitment to excellent service. The hotel has two wings: Colégio (School) and Conservatório (Conservatory). Colégio, the newer wing, houses 45 standard rooms. Its name pays homage to A Colmeia (The Beehive) school, a local institution. Room numbers are cleverly marked on a ruler design along the corridor, and the school theme continues within the well-equipped rooms, ensuring guest comfort. Conservatório, the historic wing, retains architectural details from the original 19th-century house. In the 20th century, it housed the Regional Conservatory of Music of Ponta Delgada. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
