Description

5-star hotel. Thanks to its privileged location, on the coast and a short distance from the southern end of Maspalomas beach, guests can enjoy a magnificent view of the Atlantic Ocean and the beach, whose golden sands stretch 6 km to Playa del Inglés. Outside, the hotel has a large freshwater swimming pool with a whirlpool, ideal for enjoying a relaxing day. Parasols, towels and loungers, located in a large area with sea views and direct access to the beach are provided free of charge, and can be reserved at check-in and throughout your stay. The hotel also offers luxurious Bali beds (charges apply) in the pool area. Towels are changed free of charge. The pool, which can be heated in winter, also includes an access ramp for those with reduced mobility. The hotel offers a selection of hospitality services, from accommodation only to bed and breakfast and half board. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
