The Hotel & Apartamentos Neptuno, a friendly, family-run hotel with a Mediterranean atmosphere, is located in the heart of Calella. In 2020, the hotel renovated its facilities to become more sustainable, now generating 40% of its own energy. Guests can enjoy two swimming pools: one for all ages with a terrace and bar, and a second, adult-only pool featuring jets and a jacuzzi, surrounded by a solarium with sun loungers. The on-site restaurant offers a varied buffet featuring fresh, local products. Additional amenities include a lounge with a television and a multipurpose room for meetings or celebrations, equipped with a projector and screen. New for this year is a fitness area and small gym with a two-person capacity.

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
