The hotel enjoys a privileged location in C'an Picafort in the city centre and 70 metres from the beach. Access from Son Sant Joan Airport is easy, as it is just a 50-minute drive away. This beach hotel was fully renovated in 2010. Lift access is provided to all 233 air-conditioned accommodations, which are also equipped with modern necessities, such as satellite TV, telephones and individually regulated heating. All units open to a balcony. Guests are invited to take a refreshing dip in the outdoor swimming pool with children's swimming area, or enjoy the sun on the terrace which is equipped for sunbathing. A heated indoor pool, hot tub and sauna provide relaxation while active guests can train at the gym. Various treatments and sports activities are also available and the hotel organizes an extensive evening entertainment programme.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
