we are proud to introduce La Residencia Puerto; the 4 stars hotel & Spa features 50 rooms and 5 junior suites, an open air pool, a Spa and a restaurant. Located in the southernmost point of Europe, the hotel faces the lovely port of Tarifa; only a few meters from the old town, the shops, restaurants and beaches. All the rooms have sea or patio view. Each room category has been designed mixing Moroccan style and natural materials, creating a light and relaxing atmosphere. We care for the environment; the hotel pool uses renewable energy. A great attention to details and a very personalized service is our distinguishing feature.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
