'El Hotel Villa Marrón está situado en un enclave privilegiado en el Oriente Asturiano, en la localidad de Naves-Llanes y muy cerca del Parque Nacional de los Picos de Europa. A pocos minutos de Llanes y Ribadesella, se sitúa al lado de playas como San Antolín o Gulpiyuri, esta última playa natural tiene la peculiaridad de formar un espacio aislado del mar abierto, con el que se comunica subterráneamente. Declarada Monumento Natural, supone una visita imprescindible para aquellos turistas que se acerquen al concejo y es una de las tres Playas catalogadas como las más raras del mundo. El edificio, en una parcela de 3.000 m2., es un caserón indiano de casi un siglo de historia, ha sido rehabilitado recientemente (2011-2012), destacando sus majestuosas galerías y las zonas verdes, haciendo uso de las líneas más modernas del diseño actual sobre la estructura (See more)

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
