The complex comprises 23 villas and offers a refuge of peace and quiet. Amongst the facilities count a foyer with 24-hour reception desk, a currency exchange desk and a cloakroom. Additional facilities at the neighbouring Hyde Park Lane bungalow complex may also be used including a bar, a café, a small supermarket, an air-conditioned restaurant with a smoking area and highchairs for children, a dining room, a conference room and Internet access. A bicycle hire service and a car park are additionally to be found here. Each villa has its own garden with a heated swimming pool and sun terrace with hammocks, sun loungers and parasols. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
