Ce complexe dappartements est situé dans la zone touristique de la ville, à seulement quelques 500 m de la mer aux eaux bleu turquoise et dune superbe plage de sable. Ses clients séjourneront à deux pas (100-200 m) des transports publics, ainsi quà proximité de nombreux magasins, restaurants, bars, night-clubs et lieux de divertissement.||Construit en 1984 et rénové en 2002, ce complexe de 5 étages compte 28 studios. Il comprend une réception avec coffre-fort, un bureau de change et un ascenseur. Létablissement propose également un restaurant à la carte climatisé, un room service, une assistance, une aire de jeux et un parking.||Les chambres sont chaleureuses et disposent dune salle de bain carrelée, dune kitchenette avec réfrigérateur et du chauffage central.||Lhôtel possède de nombreux aménagements, dont une piscine deau douce incluant un snack-bar, des chaises longues et des parasols. - The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.
- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.
- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
