Das Apartmenthotel liegt in der Gemeinde Calvia, nur ca. 20 km von der Hauptstadt Palma de Mallorca entfernt. In der Umgebung liegen die Orte Palmanova und Magalluf. Calvia befindet sich an der Südwestküste von Mallorca, nur etwa 150 m von vier wunderschönen weißen Sandstränden entfernt: Es Carregador, Palmanova, Son Matías und Magalluf. Nur ca. 100 m vom Komplex entfernt liegt das Zentrum von Magalluf. Zum Flughafen von Palma de Mallorca sind es rund 20 km. Das 4-stöckige Apartmenthotel wurde 2016 renoviert und besitzt insgesamt 50 Apartments.
