Das charmante Hotel befindet sich im Ortsteil Las Arenas in Puerto de la Cruz, an einer Zufahrtsstraße. Zur schönen Uferpromenade, zum Ortszentrum von Puerto de la Cruz mit zahlreichen Einkaufs- und Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten sowie zu den bekannten Meerwasser-Schwimmbädern gelangen die Gäste nach ca. 2 km. Ein hoteleigener Busservice fährt mehrmals täglich ins Zentrum (außer Samstagnachmittag und Sonntag). Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind etwa 2 km vom Hotel entfernt.Das 1972 erbaute und 1998 renovierte Hotel besitzt ein 6-geschossiges Hauptgebäude mit insgesamt 111 Doppelzimmern. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
