This apartment complex is situated approximately 2 km away from the beach and 1 km from links to the public transport network. Built in 1990 and renovated in 2003, this complex offers a total of 105 double rooms and 18 singles spread over 4 floors. Facilities include a 65 m² garden, a restaurant and a car park as well as a garage. All of the rooms come with an en suite bathroom, a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, a kitchenette and a hire safe. The hotel also offers a freshwater swimming pool and a sun terrace. The nearest golf course lies about 2 km away

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
