Edificio construido en el año 2018, moderno inspirado en el más puro estilo Mediterraneo muy propio de estas maravillosas islas. Situado en el mismo centro de la playa de Palma a tan solo 400 metros de la playa y de la mejor zona de ocio de la isla. Los apartamentos son amplios de 40 m², muy confortables y modernos, constan de dormitorio doble, salón comedor , cocina completa, amplio baño, las dos TV son de 43”Smart-tv y Wi-Fi en el apartamento y en todo el edificio, sus terrazas son de gran tamaño.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
