The apartments are situated just 50 m from the beach. They are perfect for exploring the hustle and bustle of the local streets, or as a place to retreat for some rest and relaxation. Palma de Mallorca Airport is approximately 5 km from the hotel. This apartment hotel is air-conditioned and comprises a total of 40 accommodation units. The complex offers lift access, a garden and terrace with extensive green spaces, garden furniture, a children's playground and a bar. Further facilities include a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe, a currency exchange facility, a kids' club, a dining room and parking for those arriving by car, some spaces can be found in the garage. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
