Description

The apartments are situated about 400 m from the beach, within the community of Els Salats in L'Estartit. This was originally a fishing village, but gradually became one of the Costa Brava's most important holiday resorts. Due to its ideal location, L'Estartit is able to offer a wide range of water sports, as well as other leisure activities. It has 5 km of fine-sand beach on which guests can sunbathe and admire the offshore Medes Islands. The complex boasts a private garden and a communal swimming pool in the central area. The cosy bedrooms all come with twin beds, and the dining/living room features a sofa bed. Further amenities include an open-plan kitchen, a fully equipped bathroom and a spacious terrace. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
