L'Estartit é uma antiga aldeia piscatória que se tornou num dos mais importantes destinos turísticos da Costa Brava. Aqui terá uma praia de areias finas de cerca de 5 km, na qual poderá descontrair ao sol e apreciar a vista para as Ilhas Medas. O complexo de apartamentos dispõe de 156 habitações que se encontram distribuídas por 2 edifícios com jardins privativos. Oferece ainda elevadores, cofres, guichet para câmbio monetário e parque de estacionamento. Os apartamentos dispõem de um ou dois quartos e oferecem alojamento para 2-4 ou 4-6 pessoas. Um dos quartos encontra-se separado da sala de estar por uma cortina. Os apartamentos contemplam ainda sala de estar/jantar com sofá-cama, cozinha aberta, casa de banho completa e um amplo terraço. Cancellation Policy:

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
