Der Komplex ist zentral in Playa del Inglés gelegen, ca. 50 km von der Hauptstadt Las Palmas entfernt. Das Stadtzentrum erreichen die Gäste nach etwa 500 m. In nur ca. 100 m Entfernung finden die Gäste zahlreiche Einkaufs- und Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Pubs und Nachtclubs. Eine Bushaltestelle liegt in etwa 400 m Entfernung und zum Sandstrand sind es rund 1 km.Der Apartment-Komplex wurde 2010 renoviert und besteht aus 18 Apartments auf 4 Etagen. Es steht außerdem ein Hotel-Safe zur Verfügung.Die Apartments sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet und haben ein Schlafzimmer, ein Bad mit Dusche, ein Wohnzimmer, eine Küche, ein Sat.-/Kabel-TV (gegen Gebühr), einen Safe und einen Balkon. Radio, Kühlschrank, Tee-/Kaffeezubereiter und eine Klimaanlage bieten zusätzlichen Komfort.Die Gäste können im beheizbaren Pool baden oder auf der Terrasse mit Sonnenliegen- und schirmen entspannen. Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme am nahe gelegenen Sandstrand können gemietet werden.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
