The complex is centrally located in Playa del Inglés, 50 km from the capital Las Palmas. The city centre is around 500 m away. Nearby, around 100 m away, guests will find several shopping and entertainment, dining, pub and nightclub options. The bus stop is about 400 m away and the sandy beach round 1 km away. The apartment complex was renovated in 2010 and consists of 18 apartments spread over 4 floors. A hotel safe is available to guests. The apartments are tastefully decorated, are equipped with a bedroom, bathroom with shower, lounge, kitchen, satellite/cable TV (additional charge), safe and balcony. A radio, fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, and air conditioning are all also provided as standard. Guests can enjoy the heated swimming pool and a terrace with sun loungers and parasols. Sun loungers and parasols can also be rented for a fee on the nearby sandy beach. The recepcion is not openen 24 hours, Clients should contact the hotel before their arrival

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
