The property is magnificently located in Punta Ballena's main street, between Palmanova and Magalluf, offering its guests an impressive array of bars, shops, restaurants and nightclubs to dance the night away. The white sandy beach is also just a stone's throw, where guests can relax under the sun or take leisurely walks. The apartments are completely furnished with all the necessary amenities for a great stay, including a complete en-suite bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen in case visitors wish to stay in and prepare their own food. Guests might take advantage of the cheery look of the apartments, as well as the private balcony to enjoy the nice views.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
