Este complejo de apartamentos está en Palma Nova, rodeado de restaurantes, bares y clubes nocturnos. En los meses de julio y agosto los apartamentos son especialmente atractivos para gente joven. La playa, separada únicamente del complejo por una calle, está a unos 100 metros. Este complejo, construido en el año 1965, dispone de un total de 10 apartamentos repartidos en dos plantas (1ª y 2ª ). Dispone de una recepción abierta 24 horas con servicio de caja fuerte. Las confortables habitaciones disponen de baño, cocina americana, pequeña sala de estar y caja fuerte.

Cancellation Policy:

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
