Description

Das Strandhotel und Apartment-Komplex befindet sich in Palma Nova, umgeben durch Restaurants und Bars sowie Nachtlokale. Im Juli und August sind die Apartments eher für junge Leute passend. Der Strand, der durch eine Straße getrennt ist, ist ca. 100 m entfernt.Die Apartments wurden im Jahr 1965 erbaut und im Winter 2005 renoviert. Dieses Strandhotel bietet insgesamt 10 Apartments, die auf 2 Stockwerke verteilt sind. Zur Hotelausstattung gehört eine Rezeption (24 Stunden besetzt) samt Hotelsafe.Die komfortabel eingerichteten Zimmer verfügen über ein gefliestes Bad/WC mit einer Kochnische, Aufenthaltsraum und Safe.

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
