This hotel is located on a main road in the heart of Costa Adeje. It is ideal for those in need of an adults-only vacation. This hotel was renovated in 2019. 194 suites and 10 double rooms are located on 6 stories and can be reached by elevator. Multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service and an ATM are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on vacation. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The club offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a newspaper stand. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the parking lot. - The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
