Hotel La Cala is a family-run business in which we take care of every single detail and adapt to modern needs: living room with terrace, free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel and allowing pets in the hotel, all of which with a personalised service for each client so they can feel at home and assistance with any request they may have during their stay. We also have holiday apartments available in the building next door, Atalaya Apartments, located just behind the beachfront. Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).
- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.
- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.
- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.
- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
