Sie liegt in einem Tal, umgeben von einer natürlichen Landschaft voller Kontraste, und bietet Aussicht auf die Sierra de la Cuera. Die Landresidenz befindet sich in dieser Region, inmitten von Flüssen, Wäldern und Parks, und auch der Strand ist nur rund 3 km weit entfernt. Restaurants erwarten die Gäste in der unmittelbaren Nachbarschaft, das Zentrum von Llanes dagegen, wo auch Haltestellen der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel, Geschäfte und Sehenswürdigkeiten liegen, liegt in ca. 17 km Entfernung. Bis zum Flughafen Asturien sind es rund 120 km.Das Haus wurde im 17. Jahrhundert erbaut und vor kurzem entsprechend der Vorstellungen des Agrotourismus renoviert. - 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
