This hotel is situated in quiet and somewhat elevated residential area of Puerto de la Cruz close to Parque Taora. The beaches Playa Jardín and Playa Martiánez are 2 km from the hotel, and the hotel offers transport to this zone; whilst shopping and entertainment venues lie around 150 m away. Convenient public transport links are located within 800 m of the hotel. Tenerife North airport is approximately 25 km away. El resort has what is possibly the most extensive garden area of all the hotels on Tenerife. Every week a guided tour is given to explain the rich botanical details to the guests. The resort has one zone completely renovated during 2006, and the other blocks were renovated during 1995. There are a total of 277 rooms, 80 of them being apartments. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
