The apartments are situated in different streets of Benalmadena-Pueblo and they are distributed in 3 small buildings between 50 and 140 meters away from the reception. There are 8 studios, 8 apartments with 1 bedroom and 3 apartments with 2 bedrooms. All of them have satellite T.V., individual air conditioning, heating and hairdryer. The kitchens are equipped with 2 electrical rings, Oven or Microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cooking utilities, cutlery, dinner service and household items. The apartments have Balcony or Terrace. The Studios have windows. INTERNET WI-FI FREE IN ALL APARTMENTS CLEANING SERVICE: -Summer: 3 times per week. -Winter: 2 times per week. reception hours: Monday to Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Weekends and holidays closed. It opens with advance notice of arrival.

Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).
- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.
- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.
- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.
- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
