La Palmera has a Turkish bath, sauna and an outdoor pool with hot bathtubs. A quarter mile from Lloret Beach, the property has air-conditioned rooms with a balcony and satellite TV. La Palmera is in the center of Lloret de Mar, within a 5-minute walk of many shops, restaurants and lively bars. Lloret Bus Station is just under a quarter of a mile away, and provides direct services to Barcelona and Girona. The hotel is decorated with Buddha statues and stone artwork. It has a buffet restaurant and a terrace bar. The rooms at the hotel are bright and spacious. They all include a private bathroom with a hairdryer. Safes are available to rent.

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
