This complex is situated in a quiet area of Playa del Ingles, just behind the promenade and 100 m from the beach. Nearby are the Cita, Yumbo and La Sandia shopping centres. Guests can practice all kinds of water sports on the beach and it is 250 m to the tourist centre of Playa del Ingles. It is 5.5 km to Las Palmas, and Las Palmas Airport is 25 km away. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
